Key Responsibilities –
- Exploring and opening of new markets and products for generating business in international markets
- Formulate and implement strategic plans for the target markets to achieve the revenue growth objectives.
- Achieving sales target with good profitability as agreed according to the company’s vision.
- Execution of orders for customers’ right from new order enquiry generation, finalizing the order, processing and dispatch with timely update to the customers about the order.
- Mapping and research of target markets for finding new business prospects through online search such as web portals, location-wise search, product keywords etc.
- Identify and launch new product verticals to increase the company product base.
- Business development and growth by travelling to the assigned countries as and when required.
- Identifying and participating in major exhibitions/trades shows for generating new business and create brand awareness
- Identifying potential markets as per the company’s target sector and establish sales campaigns targeted at specific vertical and product markets.
- Backend support to the senior management and coordination with other departments about order processing, payments, shipment tracking etc.
- Processing new order on ERP and generating PI, PO, TA etc.
- Executing marketing and sales activities with customers for brand awareness and sales growth
- Good knowledge about foreign trade policies
- Export Data analysis from trade portals to target new market, product and customers.
- Follow-up with Internal departments for production and shipment execution
- Adaptable to changing market and company trends.
- Reviewing and upgrading product catalogues and websites
- Weekly progress report submission followed with monthly review meeting.
Financial Accountability: Initially sustainable revenue generation in accordance with the set sales target and exponential growth on year-on-year basis.
Required: B.TECH/Graduate in any discipline.
Preferred: B.TECH + MBA (International Business/Marketing)
Skills and Relevant Work Experience –
- Minimum Work experience 4 years
- Good knowledge of target products & markets, international commercial terms and payment terms.
- Handtools Industry Experience will be an asset. Other industry experience may also apply.
- Foreign Language (will be an asset)
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Able to handle tight deadlines and stressful situations.
- Interpersonal Skills, Strong decision-making, Time management Skills, Leadership skills, and Excellent analytical skill.
Computer proficiency: Computer literate with advanced Excel, PPT skills/abilities.
